THE JOURNEY
A route with room for you.
This week-long idea follows the Spanish side of the Pyrenees with an arrival through Barcelona. It is designed for riders who already enjoy full days of bends and know that mountain touring needs flexibility. The final itinerary can use a loop or an agreed one-way arrangement; rental return logistics shape the choice.
This is an original planning outline for a tailored trip, not a road-verified track or a fixed-price departure. The final roads, distances, overnight stops and services are confirmed in your proposal.
Your suggested itinerary
Days 1–2 · Barcelona to the foothills
Separate collection from the longer approach to Ripoll and the mountain valleys. Use the first stages to find a sustainable pace.
Days 3–4 · La Seu d’Urgell & Sort
Link valleys with selected mountain roads. Carry a lower-altitude alternative and leave room to change the stage if visibility or weather deteriorates.
Days 5–6 · West towards Aínsa
Continue west where the agreed return plan allows, or turn into a loop. Prioritise a small number of good roads over a checklist of passes.
Day 7 · Finish without rushing
Complete the return stage or rental drop-off agreed in your quote. Extra nights can turn this outline into a more relaxed ten-day holiday.
Make the plan fit the rider.
No cross-border riding is assumed. France or Andorra extensions require an explicit route plan, insurance check and rental approval.
Tell us if you travel with a passenger, prefer shorter riding hours or want an extra night in one place. We can discuss changes before an itemised quote is agreed. Navigation format, hotel parking and support contacts are part of the planning conversation.
