TORO BIKER · WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Who handles your information
The controller is Toro Biker S.L., CIF B16431702, travel agency CV-Mm 2576-V, at Carrer Enric Valor, 1, Bj. Local 2, 46980 Paterna, Valencia, Spain. For privacy questions, contact torobikersp@gmail.com.
Information and purpose
The tour enquiry form asks for your name, email, country, optional telephone and your travel preferences. These details are used to prepare and respond to the enquiry you request. Do not submit passport numbers, payment information or medical information. The website does not add enquiries to a marketing mailing list.
How the form works
A submitted enquiry is stored in a private server directory outside the public website. If email delivery is configured, it is sent to the Toro Biker inbox. Otherwise the confirmation page clearly offers a prepared WhatsApp message or email link for you to send. Preparing a message does not send it automatically. An essential session cookie protects the form and lets you view your confirmation.
Legal basis and retention
Handling your requested quote is a pre-contractual step at your request. Your affirmative checkbox confirms that you have read this notice. Basic anti-abuse controls protect the enquiry service. The website’s private enquiry files are removed after 90 days by the maintenance process or on subsequent enquiry processing. Any later booking correspondence or records subject to a legal obligation are handled separately by Toro Biker.
Recipients and external services
Hosting and any configured email service process information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. When you choose WhatsApp, your email application, Google Maps or another external link, that service handles the information under its own terms. No external map, advertising pixel or analytics script is loaded automatically by this website.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing, by emailing Toro Biker and identifying the enquiry reference if available. You can also raise a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Information already sent through an external messaging service may need a separate request to that provider. AEPD ↗
