Start with the time you actually have

A seven-night holiday is not necessarily seven riding days. Arrival, motorcycle collection, city visits and the return appointment all need space. Write down your flight or ferry times first, then count the days available for the road. Leave the first stage short enough for a handover and the final one short enough for an unhurried return.

Describe your day in hours, not only distance

Tell your planner how long you want to spend riding, how often you stop and whether you travel with a passenger. Mountain bends, town approaches and sightseeing can make a modest distance feel like a long day. A comfortable plan includes time for meals and a little spare time if navigation or weather changes.

Agree the service before the route is final

Ask for an itemised quote separating route design, accommodation, motorcycle rental and any optional activities. Confirm the navigation format, hotel parking, luggage arrangements and the support contact. Save the itinerary offline, carry a charging solution and keep a shorter alternative for demanding days.
